MRG has the opportunity to purchase 1,100 acres of surrounding land - terrain essential to our backcountry access, natural habitat, and the independent spirit of the mountain.
An outside buyer has made an offer to purchase the land that includes the 19th & 20th hole terrain, a parcel north of Route 17, and across Route 17 from the Battleground.
If everyone contributes a “Buck an Acre”, the Cooperative can buy the land.

How “Buck an Acre” works
$1/acre x 1,110 acres = $1,100
$1,100 x 2,500 contributors = $2.5mm+
